Reviews
I was on a business trip. The hotel was really nice for the purpose:
+ Good for sleep: blackout curtains, really quiet (the only thing I have heard from outside sometimes was gentle, almost unnoticeable sound of Berlin rain), comfortable mattress.
+ Filling and tasty breakfasts (with vegetarian meals available).
+ Friendly and helpful staff.
+ In walking distance from the EUREF-Campus.
+ Luggage storage room.
- My room didn't have a laptop desk, but it was not a big deal for me.
The view from my room wasn't great (some construction works), but I didn't care about this much.
I liked my stay. Will definitely stay at this hotel again if I have a chance.
My partner and I recently stayed at this newly-opened hotel for a week during the new years, and while the hotel itself boasts modern amenities, there are significant areas where improvement is desperately needed.
**Room Service:**
My experience with room service was particularly disappointing. Despite requesting our room to be serviced after five days, the staff's effort was lackluster at best. They only changed the towels and completely overlooked providing clean bed sheets. Moreover, the dirty dishes from our meals were left untouched in our room, creating an unhygienic and unpleasant environment.
**Bedding Discrepancy:**
Another point of contention was the bedding. The hotel advertised a Queen-sized bed, but to our dismay, we found two single beds instead. This not only misled us but also affected our sleep quality significantly. The beds were unstable and kept moving apart, making our nights uncomfortable and restless. It's crucial for a hotel to deliver what it advertises, and in this case, they failed.
**Elevator Issues:**
A notable inconvenience was the broken elevator. This significantly increased the waiting time and caused a lot of frustration among guests. For a new hotel, such technical issues should be addressed promptly to ensure guest comfort.
** Room facilities *
There is no refrigerator in the room nor hot water for a tea or coffee .
**Overall:**
While the hotel is new and visually appealing, the service aspects need considerable improvement. It's essential for the management to focus on these areas to enhance the overall guest experience. As of now, I would hesitate to recommend this hotel based on my experience.
+ Spotless clean rooms
+ Great noise protection, was very calm.
+ Comfortable bed, we slept very well.
+ Air conditioner
+ Gluten free bread, oat milk available for breakfast.
+ Close to metro line 1
- There is no refrigerator and kettle in the room.
- The view from the window to the small cemetery.
- Water in the shower not stable (too hot sometimes for few seconds)
In general basic modern hotel for the short stay. It was fine.
Great little hotel. Rooms are a decent size and fitted with very comfy beds. They have a nice layout and some cool designs and graphics. There’s a Bluetooth speaker embedded in the bathroom mirror. Enjoy!
The room is nice, though the mattresses were bending in the middle - not super comfy to sleep..
The location is fine - 3 metro stops to the very centre. Nice view from the window too.
The price policy is strange though. By booking the price was 20 euros lower than asked at reception. The next day we thought to stay one more night but the price was double!! Because of some event in the city where many people were expected to come...
I enjoyed our stay in this Hotel, the staff gave us the possibility to check in one hour before (I still do not understand why I have top pay 15 euros for that, but it's ok) and they also permitted us to leave our luggages during the entire morning. Totally appreciated. I'm giving 4 to the service and not 5 just because the day of the check out no one greeted us or ask us something about our stay....
What I didn't like was the bed (very comfortable) but I slept not so good because of the two single blanket in a double bed. Definitely uncomfortable. One double blanket is better, also Because is a double bed not two single one...
Horrible service. My colleage ordered some beers. Then the barman asked for a tip. Which is already rude in my opinion. But my colleage did not hear him so the barman started cussing at him. So bad. He should not be working in the …
the room was nice, booked it from their website.
However they should really improve their cleanliness : When I just got in the room, I found a hair on my bed (since I’m really short hair ), so I asked from the …
